前不久，知名DOTA2选手Loda发表博文希望欧洲DOTA2选手的工资能通过合同得以保障。

而在今天，SpeedGaming与响尾蛇软件开发公司(RattleSnake)签署合约，正式成为RattleSnake international，SpeedGaming在官方Facebook表示，这次合约的签署是想要支持Loda的呼吁，促进欧洲Dota职业化的进程。

It just came to my attention what Loda posted on his blog few days ago and I decided to make the first step forward in making this possible。

I met Loda in person back in 2009 and I always knew he had a great future in his career as Dota player. I even invited him a few times to visit me in China. He couldn’t make it due his busy schedule but what you are about to see and read below is a small step to what Loda said in his blog. It is meant to show my respect towards his thinking. I decided to be one of the few organizations in make our contracts public so players can understand where they are in the e-Sports and maybe someday we can see e-Sports Legitimized。
